FACTS®Web™ is the first e-business platform designed specially for healthcare administrators using the FACTS® system. FACTSWeb facilitates the sharing of real-time information directly from your FACTS® system to insureds, employees, and provider's web browsers through the Internet.

The integration of the FACTS® EDI™ and FACTSWeb technologies allows authenticated providers and other users to submit EDI files - claims, pre-cert requests, and eligibility inquiries - electronically and directly to the FACTS® system through the FACTSWeb system. Use of this web-enabled technology helps providers enhance their operational efficiencies and reduce administrative overhead.
